I have used MyFitnessPal for years but don't think I have ever introduced myself. I'm retired, used to be active but severals falls about 20 years ago and my legs don't work so well at times. I wan't to increase my activity but sometimes can't. Yet I need to lose the weight. So we will try again.

Hello! I have used MFP on and off for years as well, but fell off the wagon last year after reaching goal. Now it's time to start over, so I am back to what seemed to work. I am a 50-year-old stay at home mom. I also have bad knees, so it's challenging to keep moving but I am slowing getting there. I have about 60 pounds to lose. Let's do this!!0
