I was on myfitness many years ago and calorie counting, writing every bite down, worked for me. I've put weight back on due to stopping exercise and eating junk.

I've been seeing myself getting larger and larger on my YouTube channel so I've decided to rejoin this community.

My aim is to log consistently and restart my exercise. I'm getting excited.

Finally, I have to lose 2 stones (12 kilograms).
