Hi!! My name is Niki and I started using the My Fitness Pal app again on November 3rd of this year. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. I hired a personal trainer on October 23rd of this year (2019). I work out with her once a week on Mondays and on my own once a week on Thursdays and do some cardio in between. I’m trying to adjust my diet but I definitely still struggle in that department. I’m obese and my doctor wants me to lose 12 pounds by my next appointment with him on February 26th, 2020.
