Newbie here

Hey fit fam! I’m starting a journey towards weight loss. I’m 39 years old and the struggle is getting really bad. I’m at my breaking point and no longer feel like I know how to handle it. I workout regularly and I eat fairly healthy but I am definitely a carb addict and enjoy my drinks a couple days a week. I’ve cut back on a lot of things I love but it’s time to cut out the eating out. I need some help and some people that have been in this same situation because this is all new for me.
