I’ve actually gained 6 pounds. I dropped down to 216 and then completely lost my motivation. I was so proud of myself. I am participating in my first 5k on Thanksgiving morning and need just a little encouragement. I would love to be under 200 by the first of the year. Thank you all for always being so encouraging!!!!! And good luck to you in your journey!!!

    You've got this! Motivation is fleeting, but discipline is the key. Trust the process, weigh and log accurately, and be patient. Good luck reaching all of your goals!

    You can do it! Brush off the gain and move ahead. You already know if you work it then it works. Doing the 5k is a great step forward. :smile:

    When I see my numbers go down, I can lose motivation, too. It's like I start to think losing weight is easy, or being healthier is easy, and I can do it any time so I have permission to gain and make unhealthy choices. I'd like to get out of that mindset for sure!
