My weekly report: Week 1

Good day, everyone:

This is my first week's progress report and my plan was a weight reduction of one pound five ounces a week.

Happily, I can report a reduction of four pounds five ounces in my first seven days.

September 20th is my target deadline and I intend to be at my ideal weight by then.

Keep up all the good work everyone and if you stumble do not give up but brush yourself off, get right back into it and keep your momentum going.

    Help!! I find the printable report to be lacking. The report I like is my end of day report that shows everything : calories, food , totals, macros. Can't figure out how to see that by printing to talk to dietician.
