Hey everyone! I'm Shaunda. Visit to the doctor office this past week said my hemoglobin A1C (diabetes indicator lab value) was 6. 😳. Not what I want to hear at 38 but I know what I need to do to change it. Now to find a few friends to help me out! Motivate me! Inspire me! & Encourage me while I do the same!!!
