Hey just want to introduce myself. Ectomorph finally taking the leap to make a massive life change and gain 30lbs of weight. Starting at 140lbs. 23 years old. 5’9”.

Hey, My advice would be to pick a 3x per week full body workout, eat 1g protein per lb of body weight (140g protein) and eat a calorie surplus of 250 to 500 calories a day. There’s a workout program list and advice on bulking under “Getting started”. Good luck.2
