I need to log my food and need to be held accountable for it.

This is not my first rodeo!! About 12 years ago I weighed 180 lbs (5' 0" so not good) and decided to do something about it. I lost 60 lbs through logging food and getting exercise. I lost that weight in about 1.5 years, and kept it off for 10 years. I gained some here and there, and lost it again. Every time I lost it was because I was logging my food. I know it works. Well two years ago I weighed round 115lbs. Lowest I had been in a long time (trip to Hawaii for motivation). Well, here I am 2 years later and up 25 lbs to 140. Not good!!! Reasons why are long and involved, but I like many other turn to food for comfort. I also have stopped exercising the way I should and am very sedentary these days due to my living arrangements and new job. That should all change soon. I mean I do exercise, but it is not the same as before. My measurements are terrible, and my clothes do not fit at all. So here I am. I know that this needs to be the most important thing, or it will only get worse. Please feel free to add me as I am looking for people of like mind and struggles to help me. I know it really is up to me, but I like to give motivation as much as receive it.
