I have a new mindset.
I am in a good place
Too many times (in the past), I would compare myself to things I once achieved, the way I looked, the weight I was..
Well, scrap all that. What matters is NOW.. Not tomorrow, not Next week... NOW
Stop fooling yourself.
- There is no 2 week detox plan
- There is no special Protein shake diet
- There is no special Keto diet
- There is no special diet
- There is no Vegan cure
- There are no short cuts
Act now and respect the journey

Not in the least. On the contrary. I didn't make any changes I wasn't willing to commit to forever. Sorry you saw it as otherwise. We're just having a bit of fun2 -

The bolded should normally include new mindsets. The reality is the entire deal is a work in progress. I have been losing weight now steadily for 20 months and I am still working on evolving into a new version between my ears. I will probably still be working on it when I get to some sort of goal weight and well into maintenance.
