Jan 1st 265 lbs, May & Oct gained 10 lbs each (Easter & Halloween Candy ugh) but maintained weight loss of 75 lbs in 2019 by tracking my diet here, supplementing Protein, walking 1 hour day. My 12 year old dog is feeling fine as well as he adds an extra 2 miles each day rain or shine. 225 lbs 1st 5K (April) & 215 lbs 2nd 5K (Sept). Since Joining PF (Nov 1st) lost 12 lbs in 12 days. My goal is 205 lbs by Thanksgiving Day.
