Favorite Wi-Fi smart scale

My Aria 1 just died and I contacted Fitbit support for help. It is old, and I wasn't expecting a warranty - just troubleshooting.

Anyway, along the way, she told me there WAS a warranty, but I would have to mail my scale to some company in Indiana (not Fitbit), but they couldn't tell me what they could offer until they got my scale. And they were not going to send a shipping label either.

So, at my own expense, I send them a product they can refurb, and then they tell me it is well out of warranty - buy a new one. I tell her I know it is out of warranty, I just wanted troubleshooting steps.

She then confirms it is out of warranty and sends me a link to their warranty policy.

So, that is exactly what they were going to do to me -donate my scale to Fitbit at my expense and then tell me the warranty expired.

It is sketchy and I don't like that behavior. So, I need a new smart scale. Preferably one that measures body fat percentage ( not BMI). Besides FitBit, what do you use?

    I have a Withings Body+
It's got it's own app and easily links to MFP. It even tells me today's weather. :)

I love mine. Syncs to Health Mate which syncs to mfp.

I disconnected mine from the wifi a while ago as I tend to do multiple 'curiosity' weigh ins throughout the day it was just data overload and messing up the recording and tracking of my results.

I have this one too. Bought it two weeks ago and love it so far.

I got the RENPHO Bluetooth Smart Body Fat BMI Bathroom Scale Digital Weight Body Composition Monitor at Amazon, I couldn't bear to pay the amount for the Fitbit one and the renpho is $26. I haven't had any problems with it and the app you use syncs to my Fitbit app which syncs to my MFP account. I even really like the app the scale uses. Couldn't tell you body comp wise how accurate it is, but that seems suspect no matter which product you buy.
