Hi! I just started mfp today after a disturbing weigh in at doctors office. Highest ever weight for me 254; my first goal is to get under 200 then 154 long term goal .. so 100 pounds to go. I lost 100 pounds 20 years ago and I slowly gained it back. I now have HBP, Diabetes and bursitis in both hips that severely limits exercise other than physical therapy which burns almost 0 calories. But I am starting anyway then adding exercise after my orthopedic doctor allows.
