Buddies

Hey everyone im vicky 33, looking for someone that would like to buddy up or help eachother i get on this last a few days then give up. I have about 2 stone to lose, currently have a hip injury and physio wont let me exercise other than daily physio exercises. Due to the pain this year ive gained over a stone nearly 2 and feeling deflated. xx

    Hi Vicky, exercise is only half the game, what you eat will determine what you weigh. If you adjust your intake based on a more sedentary lifestyle everything should balance out and then once your fit again you can up your intake and start exercising again.
