    Awesome job! 4.5 miles in 34 minutes, that's just amazing. I recall a time when I could run 4.5 miles and not need to be resuscitate. 😁

    He also had me do a 2.66 mile beach walk/run and worked my upper body with ball throws.
    We would have ran most of the way but 20 mile head winds with 40 mile gusts had a different idea.
    Patches has been one of my best trainers ever.

    Patches is awesome! Glad you're getting that time together and getting fitness in as well. Great job!

    Strength- 100 press ups in weighted vest
    Circuit- Deck of cards with 25kg Powerbag
    Diamonds- front squats
    Hearts- bent over rows
    Spades- shoulder press
    Clubs- swings

    Joker 1- 100 star jumps/ Joker 2- 100 Alt step ups

    J,Q,K- 11, 12, 13 reps
    Ace- 15 reps
