Hi everyone, After putting my goals and info into My Fitness Pal it shot out a calorie goal of 1380!

I feel like this is really low... BUT maybe I’m just use to eating too much? Any thoughts on this...

Im a 30 year old Female, 5’3 and weigh 270lbs.

With a goal to lose over 100 Pounds.

I’m tracking on My Fitness Pal and documenting my journey on YouTube...

That calorie goal doesn't include any exercise calories you might earn, so you can add those on if you like. Or set it for a lower weekly weight loss ...

MFP gives you your goal based off of your stats, how active you tell it you are, and how much weight you say you want to lose? My guess is you told it 2 pounds a week, which means a 1000 a day calorie deficit. That means your maintenance calories would be 2380.

As mentioned above, this does not include exercise, so anything you burn from exercise is above and beyond that.

I'm confused the title says 1500 calories but you were given 1380

I'd suggest setting a more sustainable weekly weight loss then you'll have more calories to play with and it will be easier to stick with
