Gastric Sleevers???

I am 9 years out from my surgery and slowly gaining weight back. (poor eating choices and plantar fasciitis that keeps me from walking for exercise) I am just curious how many calories others that have gastric sleeve are getting daily. I am currently getting 1200. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. Thanks for your input :smile:

    I am 5 years post sleeve. I lost down to 198 but have gained back 50 lbs. When I decided that I needed to get myself together I did some research. I found several sites that said that 1000 calorie diet is what we were on immediately after surgery. So that is what I am doing (along with exercise) until I get to the weight that I want to be.
