Do whatever diet you're doing but in a week you have to lose 5 lbs. Agree?

CSW: 130 lbs
CGW: 125 lbs

Duration: November 14-18, 2019

    Sounds really unhealthy, considering you are within a normal BMI for your height. I'm not saying you shouldn't lose 5 lbs, if that's what you want. I'm saying that it's not safe to do it in a week, and short of dropping a bunch of water weight, mathematically, it's not possible to run that kind of calorie deficit to lose 5 lbs of fat in a week.

    Take it slower, I've seen several of your posts. Your self-talk has been really negative, and you are putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. Breath. Set a reasonable target and reasonable goal weight and take care of yourself.

    No. I don’t agree. This is extremely unhealthy, especially for you, at your current weight.
