Hi everyone! I’m here for ideas, especially new recipes and snack ideas! My husband will eat anything as he has always seen food as fuel, but can my kids can sometimes be hard to please! Any quick, healthy, tasty recipes would help! My kids and I are snackers so, please share some of your favs! Thanks!

I try to find out first if I am actually "hungry" or "thirsty". If it is in - between meal times, then it is usually "thirsty" and a cuppa does the trick for me. I love salads and keep a variety of home - made salad dressings in the fridge. There is always a slightly spicy chicken / vegetable soup in the freezer, ready to be warmed up. Our local China shop is doing an amazing cabbage stir fry with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds - our's is not that bad either. Fresh herbs and spices are important to us, smoked paprika is great and even a bit of lemon zest can change a meal. Enjoy!0
