Food Log Question

Hi all,
Apologies if this is an obvious newbie question. I tried searching and didn't find an answer.
Is there a way to modify/customize food entries? I find several entries for things that I'm eating (example: Roasted vegetables) that match restaurant items. Great. But using the restaurant entry gives me a skewed count, because they use a lot more fat and sodium than when I throw together a mirepoix with some peppers. Is there a quick way to customize these to use again without having to enter a recipe (3 oz roasted onions, 2 ox roasted celery, 2 oz roasted carrots, 1 oz roasted bell pepper, 1 tbsp chicken stock, 1/8th tsp salt, etc)?
Thanks!

I personally do take the time to enter all my ingredients once and then save as a meal. It’s really the best way I’ve found to get an accurate count.
P.S. I applaud you for trying to find the answer before creating your thread. Too many people don’t. 👏3 -
Just enter them into your FOOD diary and click "Quick tools" > Save as Meal. Then name the meal. It will be in your My Meals list when you add food in the future. It will come up in a regular database search you do, too. I usually use a unique identifier so it makes it easy to find my own stuff.
Then when you add it in the future, it will add it as you saved it, line items on your FOOD page. So you can edit individual items...Like say I have a Ham and Cheese with mayo Sandwich saved as a meal. I have lettuce and tomato on it and mustard and pickles. Maybe next time I leave off the mayo and the tomato or I use more or less cheese or ham. I just edit out the mayo, and edit the portion size of the cheese and ham. I can use a different bread by deleting the bread and adding the new bread etc. It's handy when you eat the same combos of food (or close to the same) frequently. Much easier than Recipes.6
