Hi everybody!
Looking for some support and inspiration. My name is Sarah, I'm 28 (29 next month!) and ultimately want to be my healthiest happiest self going into my 30's to set myself up for a healthier life.
I got pretty consistent on my own with working out for a few months. Then my life got a little crazier and I unfortunately ended up tearing my MCL (for the 2nd time) about a week ago. I want to focus on getting my diet right and on finding workouts that are still fulfilling but don't compromise my knee.
Anyway, trying to get back into the swing of things and could use all the friends I could get for some accountability!
