Hi I am a 53 year old female who forever has eaten whatever she wanted despite being diabetic. I am now experiencing kidney disease and fatty liver. I need to watch not only daily calories and sugar, but sodium, potassium, protein, and carbs as well. This is a new way of eating for me and a much healthier one too! I am looking forward to really using this great little app!!!

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
