Small victory but felt good

I just wanted to share with people who might understand/care haha! I got busy today and put off lunch until 3:30pm. I almost talked myself into skipping lunch since we are having hamburgers and chips tonight for dinner and if I skipped lunch, I'd have the calories for 3x as many chips
BUT I knew I'd be starving by then and end up eating the whole bag. I made myself cook up a couple of eggs, some toast, and an apple. It was delicious and I feel so much better.
Kind of small and silly but those small things can add up! How's your weekend? Did you have any small (or big) victories?

Small but great I feel it becomes easier to make better choices the more we do it.1

Write a book about your egg, toast and apple diet. You'll make millions!
Seriously though, this is why I can't do the 16:8 or omad fasting. I'd be so voraciously hungry that by mealtime I would definitely overeat. Skipping meals doesn't work for everyone .2
