Hello, let's do this!

I'm a 40-year-old mom of four and have been trying to lose about 50 lbs ever since I gave birth to my first child eight years ago! Last two years of these I documented on instagram under waistfinder (add me if you wish to do so) I realized that since I eat healthy and exercise often my only problem is portion control so I'm back here to finally get serious about tracking. I even ordered a food scale:) Also for some reason I previously had set a wrong calorie goal for the day duhhh I don't know but it went from 1800 to 1300... I was never active on here but had my account since 2012. It's time to change things. I'm aiming for ketogenic (or low carb since I love me some tomato sauce and sweet potatoes ocassionally). I will be logging and measuring every bite for quite some time to get the idea of what my portions should be:) I'm also waiting for Black Friday to score a new Fitbit. Any recommendations?
