Hello everyone! I’m new to this. I’m getting ready to have Gastric Bypass Surgery and I need to lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks. I stated a Premier Protein shakes for break and lunch. They suggested I do liguids. Anyone have any suggestions they put me on 600-800 day calories. Thanks for the support... feeling a little discouraged

    I'm getting ready for the gastric bypass surgery also but VA doing it and it's considerably slower than outside world. I am working on losing the weight now I'm just lucky I'm so big I get a reasonable amount of calories. As for low-calorie snacks I eat a lot of fruit I eat oatmeal which is 120 calories a serving soups which are not too bad about 200 calories a can anyway you can do this Just one day at a time
