Hi my name is Kris I am starting over again. I need to loose at least 30 pounds. I have never been as heavy as I am. I need help, motivation and encouragement to go on this journey. I don't have any friends yet here. I need to make sure I am logging everything and really really trying this time. Any friends and encouragement would be nice.
