Eating habits messed up with slimming world,starting afresh

Hi there,I am new here.As far as I can remember,I was never slim/fit.I am now about 260lb and after being on slimming world on and off for thalast 6 yrs,I came to conclusion that I need a complete overwhole of my eating.
Slimming world completely messed me up and i dnt even know how to eat/cook anything which is not slimming world.After each weight in,I used to reward myself with a binge eating day,whether I lost or gain.This needs to stop.
So here,I am.About to join a gym.I am desperate to see other peoples food diaries to give me an idea of what to eat. Thank you.
