I'm Baaack!

Hi All! Back in 2015 I lost 55 lbs and thought I was set for the rest of my life. Turns out that was not the case. Slowly over 2 years it came back and with it came insecurity and frustration. I tried to get back on the grind but with every weigh in I lost motivation, so I gave up. Now I'm trying to regain control over my health again. This time I'm not concentrating on a number but on a size instead. I want to go from 18/20 to 12 flat. Some people may feel that is not a lofty challenge but when I went from 260 to 205, my size stalled at 14/16 which is crazy. I'd like to have some accountability partners going forward because I don't want to feel alone on this journey and I'd like to offer support to those in need of it. Feel free to add me...jorollenoal2015

You will do this and I understand about the roller coaster ride. Been there, many times; went from highest of 235#s to 129 #s and everywhere in between. Longest I ever kept it off was a year. The main thing to remember this is not just a short trip but a lifetime journey. You have to change the habits that have gotten you where you are. Find foods and activities you can live with. And realize 'all things in moderation' is a key phrase to remember. All through my life I ate good foods and 'bad' foods, had good days and 'bad' days. Bad needs to be taken out of the equation. :( I made better choices some days than others but it all ended up the same, never making long term choices. I feel I have finally done that. *knocking on wood* :)
    Good luck!!
