Pub Food Calories

Hi all

We had dinner out today at a Marston's Inns pub. I made fairly good choices - cajun spiced baby sweetcorn (which when it turned up was actually breaded and deepfried - fail!) and a cottage pie from their under 500 kcals range.

Does anyone know the actual calories in any of the Marson's Inns food? I've looked online but can't anything anywhere.
