Anyone doing Beachbody Cize or Country Heat?

I do the elliptical and either Beachbody Cize or Country Heat, then Basic Step by Cathe' Friedrich. I was wondering if anyone has done only Beachbody Cize or Country Heat and if you have lost any weight. I tried eating with the 21 day fix plan but I find that when I do that I don't get enough calories or healthy fats. Has anyone followed the 21 day fix and done these exercises? If you did how much did you lose? Also how many calories would Country Heat or Cize burn if you are female 5'6" and 53 and 148 lbs? My heartrate monitor with the chest strap broke.

    I’ve used several BB exercise programs (with Shakeology) and 21 day fix eating plan. I could never eat all of that food after the shake, I just didn’t really get hungry, which was a good thing since I’m insulin resistant and that thing is high carb. I didn’t lose weight but I did tone muscle, for sure!

    I use Beachbody but only their exercise videos none of the shakes or meal plan stuff.

    Weight loss is all about your diet. Whatever exercise you do benefits your health but it’s not going to help you lose weight if your diet isn’t on track.

    Personally, I lost 5.6 lbs doing 21 Day Fix (and counting calories) and am currently doing a second round of it before moving on to 21 Day Fix Extreme.
