Storing Scrapbooks?

I used to do scrapbooking. I have not done it since 2013. I've got about 12 big fat thick scrapbook albums pulled up in my closet taking up alot of much needed space.
Since I post my family pictures and things on facebook now, I doubt I will be taking up the scrapbooking hobby again, I am thinking about storing my scrapbook albums in my building outside.
I was wondering if the heat would ruin them. Pictures are glued to the pages with scrapbooking glue.
I just need to get them out of my way.

Possibly. I lost all of my photo albums to excessive heat

you might be able to get some sort of scanning service to scan them in for you and get rid of the real things?

I was an avid rubber stamper for YEARS... and yes, the heat will destroy your books. It will make the glue give way, so everything will be loose and it can also cause the glue to stain both the papers and the photos. Photos themselves don't do well in heat, and an outside building will also be more humid than inside, so another problem. You might want to invest in some cheap under the bed plastic storage, large enough to hold a few albums each and store them out of site that way. To me, video versions of scraped pages leave much to be desired, and in years to come, your loved ones will really enjoy going through the books. Not only do they get to see all the great photos, but the art work you created on each and every page. Hope you can find the room to store them... for posterity!

OH... and forgot to mention the tiny bugs that are usually found in out buildings! I was keeping a lot of my stuff in the garage, which doesn't get that hot because I use a portable air conditioner out there... but those tiny buggers still go into my art work, ate at the edges of the pages, some glues are magnets to those devils and they'll eat the glue then work into the photos/papers... It's really not a good option. :(
