Getting fit for summer

Today is November 20/2019. I am restarting my health(fitness) journey today. I’m currently weighing 200lbs, it’s not my heaviest but it’s not the weight I want to be. I have made a commitment to myself to completely change my perspective on everything. I want and need to dedicate my life to me and be the very best version of myself for me,myself and I. I feel better when I’m at a smaller weight, I have more energy ,I don’t have body pains and aches. Which I shouldn’t be having at my age. I know I love going to the gym. I love having that peace of mind at the gym(working out). I just want to focus mostly on what foods I consume and the balance of excerise. I will be weighing in every month instead of daily or weekly like I’ve done in the past. I want to focus on those non-victory scale moments. I’m ready to do this for me because I truly deserve this for myself. So cheers to me.
