Blood Ketone Monitoring Devices

I’d be interested to hear from people who use the Blood Ketone Monitoring Devices as to which brands they recommend: I’ve been doing Keto for over a year, down about 25 lbs, but plateau’d for some time ( I DO cheat sometimes, but not with ‘blow-out” pasta or pizza meals)...and am wondering whether I am indeed staying in Ketosis (I don’t have a medical need for keto, so have just been using the MyFitnessPal to log my food intake.). Any guidance greatly appreciated.

If you have no medical reason to check for ketones, then you don't need to worry if you're in ketosis. You just need to be sure you are consistently in a caloric deficit. You've lost 25 lbs, so congrats, but that would also mean your deficit may need to be lower if you haven't already readjusted it, or you aren't in a real plateau (at least 6 weeks at a consistent weight).
With keto, if you are focusing on fat as a macro, then you perhaps may want to focus on protein instead, since the concept of weight loss is to lose fat, not lose lean body mass.6 -
I have urine analysis sticks that work well. The trick with keto when you plateau is apparently to limit the calorie intake too.2
