Blood Ketone Monitoring Devices

I’d be interested to hear from people who use the Blood Ketone Monitoring Devices as to which brands they recommend: I’ve been doing Keto for over a year, down about 25 lbs, but plateau’d for some time ( I DO cheat sometimes, but not with ‘blow-out” pasta or pizza meals)...and am wondering whether I am indeed staying in Ketosis (I don’t have a medical need for keto, so have just been using the MyFitnessPal to log my food intake.). Any guidance greatly appreciated.

  • I have urine analysis sticks that work well. The trick with keto when you plateau is apparently to limit the calorie intake too.
