New start to my diet tomorow.

I have just recently joined this site and I plan to begin my new diet tomorrow. I have recently lost 2 stone but then as usual I have gone off track. It would be great to get to know other people who are dieting so then we can support each other on this weight loss journey. Please feel free to add me x

    Tomorrow is a terrible time to start anything. And diet is ongoing, a continuum; there is no starting over. There's only the decision you make the next time you put something into your mouth.

    Diets don't work in the long term. Lifestyle changes do. Good luck in what ever you're doing, but if you want to lose weight for good, make sure it's sustainable and not something you'll end when you lose the lbs.

    Try not to think of your lifestyle change as dieting, but as only eating as much as you need now. You got overweight by eating more than you need, now it's time to only eat what your body needs. That's a much healthier approach than "I AM ON A DIET."
