2020 Goals

My goal for 2020 is to make it a habit to go to the gym and do something EVERY day! Walk, weights, swim, stretch, etc.

    Excellent goal. A friend and I started a 21 day gym goal and found that it's actually easier to do something every day, than 3 or 4 times a week.

    I will add this to my 2020 goals as well.
