Advice On Losing Baby Pouch

I've had 6 kids. While the weight is coming off and I'm finally at a normal/healthy BMI, I can't seem to lose this protruding baby belly. My oldest is 17, my youngest is 4. I had my babies in '02, '04, '05, '07, '11, and '15. I know that my stomach will never look like it used to, but it has this distended look that I want to get rid of. When I go to the gym I usually do 30 minutes of cardio. Any fitness experts out there that can recommend a good ab workout routine that I can start? I could also use a good leg/butt workout. Thanks in advance!

I've had 6 kids as well and I found following a progressive lifting program works wonders. I barely have a pooch now and everything else is tighter.
Also I would get checked out to make sure you don't have diastasis recti, which would make traditional methods of ab work worse if you have that condition.5
