How do you send friend requests ??

The feel so stupid haha but I remember having an account on here a while ago and I had so many friends and it was AMAZING motivation we all supported each other but now I’m back and can’t figure out how to send friend requests? Is it still possible ??

    Click on their name, and when the smaller view appears click it again. A button will appear saying "add as friend." Then they have to approve it.
