Hi everyone π
I've downloaded before but due to personal circumstances, I never really got the chance to take advantage of it so I'm back to try again.
I'm a single parent and my daughter is coming up for 2 years old. I had an emergency cesarean so I have a really sensitive scar as the nerves are damaged which makes it difficult to exercise. I also have a long standing back problem which is currently under investigation from my doctor which they suspect is a trapped nerve.
Taking the above into account, can anyone recommend any ways to exercise that won't be too constraining on my lower back and my scar? I already tried sit ups but it puts pressure on my spine and hurts a lot unless I use a pillow to take the pressure off but after the exercise, I get shooting pains up my back and down my legs so I know that's out of the question.
I'm not what people would call "fat" I suppose, I just have baby weight left. People have confused me for being 3 months pregnant before as I'm skinny everywhere else but have what I call a pop belly and weigh at 9 stone, 7 pounds and a height of 5ft 1".
If anyone can recommend any ways to lose weight, it would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance and I look forward to helping the community and losing weight with this app. π
