1000 Calorie Workout

Sometimes I like to just scroll around for workout videos on the YouTubes. Well, I found this 1000 calorie burning one and decided to give it a go. It was hard, but fun. Not boring at all.

I don't actually know if it actually burns 1000 calories, I think that depends on your own body and how hard you're working. Still, it really got me sweating.
