Hello,

I just thought I would share.... I went through some old photos of me when I use to be healthy (slim). I have decided.... I am going to put this photo as my inspirational pic. This photo tells me I have done it once and I can do it again for the last time.

What's something inpirational for you that keeps you going.

When I use to attend WW they asked us....what was an anchor that we all had to keep motivated.

For me it's old photos.

What's your motivational anchor

    I was the same way. Wanted to lose this excess weight.

    I have lost 21 pounds and now I am at the weight I was 25 years ago.
    I feel so much better and I have so much more energy.
    Down 3 sizes and went from 38 waist to 33.5 waist as well.
  • I use my old photo's as motivation..........eating healthy, restriction on calories intake........... exercise 4-5 times a day only cardio for now. And taking one day at a time. Your best motivation is yourself.....but help from others is appreciated. Lets do this....yes we can. We love ourselves enough to make ourselves healthy.
