Anyone else doing IF and Keto?

Hia. I am not here for a conversation on whether If and keto are good. They work for me. I am 51lb down but I still have 20-30 to go and I have recently started exercising six days a week. Really feeling the urge to talk about my progress and swap tips etc and hopefully start to set goals that aren’t only scale related. If you can relate I would love to hear from you :)
