Hello! I have been working with My Fitness Pal for several years! I gain weight, I lose weight and then I gain it back again with more added to that! I have been weighing in once a week! Well I am going to try something different. I am going to weigh every morning! I realize it may shift from water etc. I am taking it one day at a time...I am really watching my calories throughout the day and my exercise I do in my house due to the fact that I have had osteoarthritis for 30 years. I am 72 years of age but I can still move with my walker. So my husband showed me a "course" in the house I could do! So I am at this time doing 20 minutes of walking each day.....and really keeping a daily eye on the calories....I will let you know how it works after I have done this for about two weeks! That should give me the idea if my way is working or not...Anyway thanks for listening....
