Hey, Iβm 25 looking for other young adults on the health journey. π
Starting weight: 265
Current weight: 209
Goal weight: 165
Add me if you want to motivate each other! π
I eat a mainly Mediterranean diet and just started working out again. I like strength training, hiking, bootcamp, and some cardio machines. I have a Fitbit too if you use that!

Iβm pescatarian (which is really similar to Mediterranean)
