Looking for fitness partners

Ray here. Looking for help to stay on track. My story in not unique, I'm mid 60's, always been, and still am reasonalbly active. I exercise at least 3 times a week, play racquetball and eat to much. Portion control has never been my strength. I don't think I am as heavy as I am until I see a picture, and coming into the holidays, there will be plenty of those holiday pictures. I have a goal of weighing 230 by next spring, 60 lbs less then my weight this morning. Not sure if anyone uses this board, but if you do and you are looking to reciprocate with to stay on goal, chime in.
