Feel free to drop advice and tips on how to survive thanksgiving.
Tip 1 - Enjoy the day don't overstress about eating bad cause that will just make it worse.
Tip 2 - Intermittent fast till dinner time
Tip 3 - Your first plate you should fill up on Protein and Veggies! They will make you feel full out of all the foods there. Enjoy whatever foods you want just in moderation
Tip 4 Drink a water bottle or two 20 minutes before you eat will make you feel full and you will eat less
Don't stress and enjoy the day people

I agree! We had our traditional family meal last week since we were already there for hubby’s work (saved us the 6 hour one way trek again this week), I ate a little of everything I liked, logged it to the best of my ability, splurged on a dessert his aunt made (GF peach cobbler, haven’t had cobbler in YEARS). It was so worth the extra calories! I ATE for the day, then was mostly back on track the next morning... still, with generous estimates, I didn’t do too bad.1
