Thanksgiving Prep

Its gobble season and its tomorrow!! How should we prep for it? I know a popular thread seemed to say fast for the day of a big meal. I think the purpose of it was to "schedule your cheat" as LiveStrong states. But should I eat low carb the day prior to Thanksgiving? Like today I'm about to eat my last meal but I'm wondering if I should make a low carb instant pot recipe or just a normal high carb moderate protein meal since I'm bulking? However, I'm not trying to be cardi B mode. I'm an asian woman trying to stay partially lean during my gaining season while enjoying turkey yay!

I don’t prep at all. I eat normally the day before and the day after. I don’t count calories on Thanksgiving. Keep it simple. One day isn’t going to make a difference in the long run.9

^ That. Don't go crazy, and just eat normal before and after.0

Eat what feels right for you. If I fasted all day I'd eat twice as much at dinner but plan on eating less calories. Enjoy the day!0
