Any Control Over Shareable Weight Loss Update Images?

Every few pounds I lose, MFP spontaneously creates a celebratory image showing how much I've lost. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it pops up. I share these on my Facebook for motivation and accountability, but I don't want to do so too often. I'd really like it if I could just create these images "on demand" the same day each week. Is there any way to prompt MFP to provide updated weight loss progress images?

I don't think so, although you might be able to jury-rig it by turning off those notifications in your settings, and then turning them back on just before you post a new weight you want to share, then turning them off again after it posts. Klugey, and it might not work.2

I’m not sharing anything electronically. Too much out there already. I privately connect with family/friends who are on the same journey.2
