Day 1 of logging

First day tracking training and nutrition properly today ... feel awesome current weight 86.8kg looking too add some good tissue over the next year or so without adding too much if any fat. Who else is hitting it hard over Christmas ? Current routine consists of push pull legs rest push pull legs repeat.

    Welcome. I am hitting as hard as i can. Have some injuries i am dealing with. When i was happy, i was running PHAT. Now i am alternating upper and lowers.

    Minus this week (refeed week) i have been cutting. I am using Keto to do it this round. Started at 178-180 and now 168-170.

    Cut 270-205. I'm gonna drop anoth 10-15 and then hit the weights hard.
