Ok, I've had a rough go these past few months. But I'm back in the saddle again. I am finally getting the support from my wife to lose weight! I'm going to try to log my food here in MFP every day (except Saturday, that is our Sabbath).

I figure that the day after Thanksgiving (where I did really well on what I ate and how much I ate) is as good a day as any to give getting in shape another shot!
