Swimming. Without a shadow of a doubt :-)0

Bench Press, Chin Ups
and I screwed my back up at Christmas and had to stop squatting but the other day I found "Zercher Squats" and they're great.0 -
Spinning and Zumba are my current favorites! I love swimming, but my gym doesn't offer it.0

Couch sitting!... Okay i kid, I kid. It might sound weird, but I'm growing quite fond of lunges AND swimming..buuut I've always loved swimming as an activity and not just an exercise.0

Swimming is my go to exercise. Love spinning too (though not at the time) - Walking the dogs down by the river is my lazy days exercise :bigsmile:0

What I do is I turn on my favorite playlist and do squats to the beats of each song! It helped me love them!0 -
Outside: trail running and standup paddle boarding
Gym: goblet squats, shoulder press0
